Helping neurodiverse students build confidence in who they are. A strengths-based wellbeing program for primary schools.

A strengths-based wellbeing program for primary schools.

Be Everything You Are! is a half-day program designed to support neurodiverse students to better understand their brain, recognise their strengths, and build confidence in themselves as learners.

Grounded in the pillars Recognise strengths, Accept challenges, and Own your brain, the program introduces students to simple ideas about how their brain works, while helping them develop the language and tools to navigate challenges with greater self-awareness.

Through discussion, reflection activities and practical strategies, students begin to see that differences in how we think, feel and learn are not something to hide. They are something to understand and embrace.

Why this program matters

Many neurodiverse students move through school receiving more correction than encouragement. Over time, this shapes how they see themselves.

The Be Everything You Are! program helps shift that narrative by supporting students to:

• recognise their strengths
• understand their challenges without shame
• develop confidence in how their brain works
• identify small habits that support learning and wellbeing
• express their needs with greater confidence

When students understand themselves better, they feel more capable, engaged, and supported at school.

What the half day includes

The program runs across a half school day and can be delivered to small groups or classes.

Students explore how their brain works through a child-friendly introduction to thinking, feeling and learning differently. From there, they identify their personal strengths, reframe challenges as part of learning and growth, and develop simple habits to support their day. The program closes with students building the confidence to express their needs and ask for support.

What schools receive

Schools who book the program receive:

• A half-day student workshop (for up to 20 students)

• Program resources for students

• Be Everything You Are! organiser (20 copies)

• Teacher handover summary

• Parent follow-up resource to support ongoing conversation at home

Who the program is for

Schools may choose to run the program with:

• small targeted groups
• whole classes
• stage groups
